Additional Information
Collect entire semen sample in a clean container.
Transport to the lab IMMEDIATELY, keeping specimen at body temperature during transport.
The specimen must be brought to the testing laboratory within 72 hours of collection. Specimens received in the lab more than 1 hour following collection will only be evaluated for the presence or absence of sperm and will NOT be evaluated for motility.
