Specimen Type/Requirements
24 Hour Urine Container - Urine, 24 Hour Collection (Aliquot preferred)
Do not submit a specimen in a urine container that contains a transfer device in the lid.
Keep specimen refrigerated during collection. Record 24 hour urine volume on specimen and order.
Test is affected by hemolysis. Test is not affected by lipemia.
