Time Sensitive Test:

Specimen must be collected after 0900 and received at Sanford Referrals by noon on the day of collection, Monday through Thursday. 

Do not collect Friday through Sunday or on the day prior to a holiday. 

Please contact Sanford Laboratories Client Support if a holiday falls during the week for increased testing restrictions.

Ordering Guidance

SAP and XIAP can screen for X-linked defects in SH2D1A and XIAP/BIRC4 which cause X-linked lymphoproliferative disease (XLP) type 1 and type 2/XIAP deficiency.
