This test requires its own frozen aliquot. Plasma can only be thawed once.
The 3.2% Sodium Citrate tube must be filled to appropriate volume to acquire the 9:1 blood to anticoagulant ratio that is critical for valid results.
Test is affected by hemolysis. Test is not affected by lipemia.
