Gold top (Serum w/gel) tube - Serum
Red top (Serum w/out gel) tube - Serum
This test requires 2 separate aliquots:
1. Immunoglobulin IgA: Refrigerated
2. Tissue Transglutaminase IgA Antibody: Frozen
Test is affected by hemolysis, lipemia and icterus.

Additional Information
Test includes Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG) IgA Antibody, Immunoglobulin IgA, with reflex to Gliadin (Deamidated) Antibody, IgG if indicated.
